Tess is studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science which is just one of the specialised science degrees on offer at UQ.

"I liked the idea of a specialised Biomedical Science degree.

I am hoping to major in immunology and infectious disease.

My UQ Summer Research Scholarship gave me hands-on research experience at UQ's Queensland Brain Institute. 
 
My science studies have enabled me to mentor high-achieving senior school students as part of UQ's Young Scholars program."
