UQ Library
The award-winning UQ Library is the largest research library in Queensland, providing excellent facilities, services and assistance. The library has 14 branches, 24 hour day online catalogue access and ‘Ask a Librarian’ online chat service. Visit the UQ Library.
Information technology
UQ provides students with state-of-the-art IT and online services, including a free UQconnect account with a generous download quota, email address and online storage. All UQ campuses have fast internet access, including wireless networks. Students also have access to free computing help and training from Ask I.T and seven day support from the I.T. HelpDesk. Teaching facilities
The four major campuses include more than 180 teaching rooms, ranging from collaborative teaching and learning spaces and computer labs to seminar rooms and traditional lecture theatres, fitted with a range of modern teaching technology tools.

Student centres are the first point of contact for all student inquiries and the central location for assistance with a range of administrative matters including:
- academic records
- admission and enrolment procedures
- examinations and assessment
- graduation
- grievance procedures
- fees, including HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP
