Apply via QTAC

Domestic applications for undergraduate programs (also known as degrees) at UQ are submitted to QTAC. All programs have distinct QTAC codes, including dual degrees. You can list up to six preferences on your QTAC application and you will need to list the corresponding QTAC code.

Start by selecting the programs you would like to study. When you have checked that you meet the entry requirements for your chosen programs, note the relevant QTAC program code so you can complete your application. Alternatively, you can use the QTAC course search.

Applying online
All applications are submitted online at the QTAC website.

  • Current year 12 students: apply via Twelve to Tertiary (TTT) online services, available July to February only.
  • Non-school leavers and mature age applicants: apply via Apply by Web (ABW) online services, available all year. Applicants will be requested to provide details of all prior study, and documentation of any relevant work experience.

There are also special entry schemes for specific groups.

Closing date
To commence undergraduate study in Semester 1 2010, the closing date for on-time applications was Wednesday 30 September 2009. You may still lodge your QTAC application after this date, however higher application fees apply and QTAC may not be able to guarantee that applications will be processed in time for the January offer round. Please see the QTAC website for information relating to key dates for QTAC applications.
