Domestic Applicants

If you are considering undertaking a postgraduate coursework program at UQ, first ensure that you’ve had all your questions answered by a representative from the School or Faculty relevant to your program.

Next, download and fill in the Application for Postgraduate Coursework (PDF). Submit your application form at a Student Centre in person, or by mail:

If your application is successful, you will be sent an enrolment pack with instructions for online enrolment, fee payment, and other important information.

Applications for postgraduate coursework programs for first semester 2010 close on 31 January 2010. Please note that this can vary across Faculties and Schools so please confirm with the relevant Faculty or School contact.

International Applicants

If you are considering undertaking a postgraduate coursework program at UQ, these are the steps to take:

First, apply directly to the University by downloading and completing the hard copy International student application for graduate coursework studies form (PDF). When you have completed the form, submit your application to the address shown on the application form or to one of the University’s authorised representatives.

If you require further information about your study program or the application process please contact your UQ Advisor.

Your application will be assessed by the International Admissions Section (IAS) who will inform you by email of the outcome of your application, or by mail if no email address was provided on the application form.
